Yes, that is true but if I went with it at water level I will add another bulkhead somewhere for water changes.
My current plan is for 2-1.5" bulkheads going into a sump with a pump that will push 2300GPH. The water will return to the tank with 2-1" bulkheads possibly into spraybars.
