will this work?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
oh and the glass is like it is because, im laying the tank out to be a corner design. will work either way but where its going in my house a corner looks better

thought about that but if i did that all i can think of is maybe a bowfin if i could find or catch one. dunno if there in my area. and i also know nothing about them except they dont do so good as babies in aquariums. and im pretty sure a larger one would attack ne thing else in the tank.

i mght do a few plants dunno yet.

i live in east tennessee

it will be braced. thinking of maybe bracing it like a + then i can have 4 lids, make one side of the tank lighter than the other. kinda opens up a few possibilities.
would just have to find the center of both braces, shave them down right there so when they go togeter there flush, but thats just an idea - nothing certain on that.

hmm 225 gallons? thats a little more than i wanted to fool with, but - we'll see how it goes.

oh and on the planted thing. i was wanting to make this like an amazon biotope - still might, so if that goes threw i will have some plants, mainly stuff that reaches to the top and kinda floats across the top of the tank, which would also give light and dark spots in the tank.

i dont like angels, and discus r high as hell. i found some nice ones about an hr from me but the fish was 300 a pc. just seen black knives today and i do beleive ill get a couple of them actually. these were only 4" long or so, i'd like to see an adult
