I think I forgot to wash my hands after putting the laundry in. I was doing water changes and almost wiped out the whole tank. I think I saved maybe 15 and lost 23. These were all from the training tank, the smaller ones. FAIL.

I was at least provided with the opportunity to dissect a fresh specimen. I chose the largest couple of fish to see if they had roe. They didn't but I have to admit that I couldn't sex them based on what I was seeing. I'm not sure what fish genitalia look like.
