Is it safe to wire transfer $600 for some fish? I really want to trust this seller because he is a regular on the forums or atleast used to be and also seems like a honest guy but it's a lot of money. He doesn't want to use paypal because he states that they take too long to resolve issues. Also live arrival isn't guaranteed. Anyone have experience with this?
 
Man, I wouldn't. Paypal with a credit card is the only way to go.

Lol. Would you give a random stranger $600, tell them to go down to the store buy something and bring it back?? Ya didn't think so. Don't ever wire transfer,money gram,western union to anyone

right there is your answer, He is expecting issues. with paypal if your fish arrives dead you get your money back no questions asked. paypal or he can go snort a toad.
