My moray, well much larger than yours, was kept with smaller bamboo sharks and horns. They where only 15-18in and the moray didn't like the taste of shark, even though he could swallow all of them at the same time. I would go that route and eventually upgrade to bigger foot print to house them for life when the time is needed. The issue that you have is most of the stuff that is to large for your moray to eat is to large for your tank.
I bought shark meat at the asian market and my eel would not come close to eating it. So I chanced the horn shark and it worked out well.
