To the OP,
For what its worth, this is how I weened my Wolves off of live. The thing is I kept mine solitary, so this might not work well for you.
1) Dont feed them for a week. As long as your fish is healthy and happy this will not harm him.
2) Pick a food to start with. I used Shrimp, but moved to cheap freshwater fish from my seafood store.
3) Stuff that food with high quality fish food.
4) Open the top of the tank and go fishing with it. Wiggle it around the top of the tank until you get some interest.
5) Drop it.
First time I did this I actually tied the shrimp to a thin string. The Wolf took it...but couldn't break the string. Fail. Then I tried the above method. Took a few days, but worked. Great thing about this was I was then able to feed ANYTHING to my fish. Not so great thing about it was you cant put your fingers in the tank. Won a lot of bets with friends after a few beers : )
Like I said, might not work in your situation but perhaps it will somehow help.
