what about it? This pic IS indeed an aimara. You can see a huge difference with the patterns, head shape, eye size, and fins if you compare it to the OP's mala.

Yes was just pointing out its not aimara from the head shots of him he posted its eyes don't look like a malas looks like curu idk

clearly not a curupira either. The OP's wolf does not have the curu's head shape and dots on the face. The mouth is a a lot sleeker than the curu. plus the body pattern don't match. Curus seem to have larger scales than the other wolffish. Come on man! You have a curu! You should know the difference! :P
 
Get some better pics and I will let you know. I have had all 3 wolves and will be able to help you out. Let it settle in so it isn't stressed and take some nice side shots but not to close or not to far away either.
 
I have had almost every type of wolf fish. That right there my friend is a mala, that some come real dark and sometimes they are light grey. It's not a curu and def. not an aimara. But still a nice wolf anyway. Enjoy

Lol iknow right still Note how different a curupiras jaw can be a,b,c are curus d is the mala but yeah prolly a mala just stressed out
