im not saying that it can have bogus info but it souned like you were being a little bit rude and rash but ya if any one wants to help them go for it

It's frustrating having to spoon feed information, as I'm sure hundreds of people on here will agree, but i would certainly argue that I wasn't being rude, just honest.

The only thing that's worse is when people PM requesting information but the request is so poorly written it's near indecipherable. Then, as if to add insult to injury, they PM again 10 minutes later when they see that I'm still online asking the same question without so much as a please or thank you and that the request is in fact for information that has been written on the forum numerous times.

That's very annoying. ;)

There is plenty of great wolf fish info on this site already and if you used the search function you could check it out and maybe bump it for new members to see it.

Post here better

http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=152940&page=154

already more than 1500 over post and 50000 over view...

Just go there post your picture and ask help there i am sure alot of nice and friendly
member will help....

sticky just cut and paste abit boring....the thread there is much more relaxing

not that I am standing on anyone side but...wrong info and wrong picture really look bad...that when last time i learn never trust 100% what i read online haha..

i know he just copied and pasted from some other sites, but that was on him and i am just not going down that road again with things...when ever things are not your own info you should always referance it...

as to their being info all over...thats just it, it is all over and i have searched several times and through all tha mix mash of info and pics and bs posts it is hard to find good solid info...look at the arowanas forum stickies...compare the aro info merged one to the one i made with the use of that original sticky and my own info...all info that is not my own is referenced...i was thinking of doing the same for this wolf info sticky...what has to happen is to get a collection of all the info on all of the sp... then i will clean it and organize it in a manageable fation and request that it be stuck and closed to keep the clutter out...just like the aro sticky...that is the way that all info stickies should be done and not left for the crap to fill it up and make it hard to learn about said fishes...i can do it all myself with my own info and opinons, but since i am new to keeping wolves i just figured that the long time keepers might have more accurate info then what i would make on my own...granted the info would be the best possible and i would get all the min tanks for the fish based on my own opinons on the max sizes of the fishes...

2 diff. types of stickies there...one like what i will try to make is strickly info...the other is for sharing and chatting about our fishes...they both have their place...

There have been several attempts for wolf fish stickies but none have been up to par. I don't know why they had great info in them. The wolf fish picture thread I personally fell should be a sticky but it isn't. It would sweet if you got one stickied. It would be a lot of research on your part and if you need any research papers let me know and I can get them for you but as for the keeping of the different species you are going to need the input of experienced keepers. Not some guys that spent "several hours researching" and then attempting to give info on the keeping of the fish most of which is incorrect.

Well I create the picture thread as I notice same type of wolf fish might not be the same type... In term of looks aggressive & active...

If need to put sticky... I believe here got alot of person who have kept alot of wolf and know about it 1st hand. I can only give info on those wolf I kept before.. Count me in to help....

thats why i was tring to get everyones pesonal exp. and thoughts on keeping them...if i had around 4 profiles to work with for each i could combine them and get a finished pollished product...i have done alot of reasearch on their natural habitat and have/do keep many large monsters so my info on keeping them wouldn't be just a shot in the dark...it would be much better for this if we can gather all the info we can and post it in this thread and i will try to gather some of the others info through out...i will then begin to make a seperate sheet on my own and then put it in a stickyable thread...

My English lousy... Only know how to reply if can reply...
Or I stick myself haha

Guys if we all helped out and got solid care sheets on Malabaricus,Curupira,Intermedius,Aimara,Erythrinus,Lacerdae And Gold Wolves they would pretty much HAVE to make this a sticky, Prob is most of the Hoplias Species besides Malabaricus are very hard to find info on. Even on this site I can't find solid pieces of information on most of these species. So if we all just :chillpill: we could make some MFK history here.
