Are common wolf fish legal in california?

I think only the dwarf one Erythrinus erythrinus (Red Wolf Fish) is legal. I think there is a list sticky somewhere in here with all the information about wolf fish.

There is a sticky at the top of the forum titled "It's your responsibility to know restricted species in your state" or something to that effect. Scroll down until you find your state, there are also links to local state agencies that list restricted species.

+1 mala's (common wolf) are illegal here in Cali. All others are perfectly legal I believe
