I LOVE WOLVES...AND I DONT DISAGREE WIT WHAT YOU ALL ARE SAYING...I JUS WANNA GET PAYED FOR AS LONG AS THIS THREAD LASTS....$$$$$$$$$$$$$
LMAO

As pointless as it is I'll add in my two cents...lol. The snakehead patrols the waters where as the wolf sits and waits for his pray to pass. A lot of it depends on the scenario/situation of the fight (a lot of what if's!) I would put my money on the snake head though due to it's shear size, where talking at least another foot on a full grown wolf! Most of the wolves I seen try to grasp onto their pray and swallow it whole, snakeheads have been notorious for ripping their pray in half by twisting their body in a very similar way to crocidiles. Again, just my .02. Man I wish I could get my hands on a Channa!

IME only the channa micros and some of the larger ones do the twisting motion.
and they usually only do it,in micros,when there is more than one channa.
they will help each other tear apart prey.
ive seen channa micros and common wolves fight before in my tank.
and most of the time the channa just flared at the wolf and the wolf was more aggressive when fighting.i always feared more for the snkeheads than the wolf.
and ive seen wolves survive with bellies torn open or missing a tail but a channa would never survive anything like that.
which gives wolves the upper hand.
also,wolves tend to swallow things whole because they are ambush predators.
but if they were fighting and not eating,they can do MUCH more damage.

I agree.....and for some of the other posters....its not fair to compare a Giant Snakehead to a common wolf....common wolf should be compared to some of the other similar sized snakeheads. The Giant Snakehead should be compared to the Aimara....and I give the Aimara the upper hand. Well here it goes...so ima sit back and....:popcorn::popcorn::popcorn:

the wolfsnake or snakewolf IMO has the sharper teeth, strongest bite and superfish strength..just dont let it near any kryptonite :nilly:

:ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:
what about the wolfhead?
it can endure any sort of injury and has skin as hard as bone.
it is able to lift 50 times its own weight.:WHOA:
