do you think it would be worth to dedicate a whole 125 to one they look cool but idk if it would be worth it and i could try bluegill and bass for as long as i want cause theyre free.. and do they have personality or are they just protecting theyre territory

Which wolf fish are you looking to get? My Mala would not except any tankmates, my Red Wolf does.

My Malabarcius is living with other fish and doesnt seem a bit aggresive with them. Man why do i always get the wussy wolves

It all depends on the size of your fish. I have my wolf fish by himself. Only because he won't let anyone in the tank. Definately not another wolffish. Good luck on finding a tank mate that will be compatible.

I dont agree with that - it is true that some wolves increase in aggression/personality/boldness when they reach approx 12" plus but it really is down to the individual fish's personality. It Does NOT all depend on the size of the fish IMO.

A 6' foot tank would probably be better for tankmates but as for a dedicated tank 75gal would share the same 18" width. Wolves don't need tons of open swimming lanes. If you'd like to grow a solitairy monster the 120XH is 2ft wide just make sure the bottom glass is tempered - marineland/perfecto makes a few 100plus gal. 4' in length tanks without tempered glass bottoms.
