No, thats wrong.

I have written this information twice myself as have tens of others, in dedicated threads on the subject but for the sake of those who are naive/too lazy/don't know how the search function works here is a link for you.

I implore any prospective Wolf keepers to research prior to buying them; there seems to be trend at the moment for people to just buy a fish because it has teeth without fully understanding its requirements.

I dunno, maybe I'm being too idealistic- I guess it's no worse than someone sticking a Pacu/RTC in a 55g.

I actually did attempt to do researh before purchasing. I was just unsure of it's eventual ize. Btw I will beable to provide a perfect home for this guy once he is full grown. Thanks for the help.

ha yea its either that or you have a buddy at the lfs and he just "accidentally" pushes the wrong numbers :)
basically giving me his price. not tryin to rip off the owner i know its hard times for everyone. but it is common knowledge to the owner and he doesnt mind as long as i keep coming back and buying the fish no one else can house or wants :)
i scratch your back you scratch mine sort of thing

I can you tell this - my Hopla Mala gew from 6" to 16" in a year and requires 4 bricks on the lid to keep him in there 55gal is too small. I can't in good conscience say congrats for stealing from your local fishstore which is exactly what you did. I'd hope you'd set a good example and go back and give them the 10 bucks you owe them.

I didn't STEAL from my LFS. I just happened to pay a cheaper price for the fish because of the cashier's mistake. I see nothing wrong with this. Its not like I scratched the 1 off of $14.99 to make it look like $4.99. Believe me when I tell you I will beable to take care of this guy. I take pride in my fish, and give them the right home and care.
