Same is true for teens, people who own cell phones, and people with kids in the car. BAN THEM ALL!!!

Maybe too much water....thats why she is suing...with a brain thats damaged...any normal people wont sue in such situations..

Well, if she IS brain damaged :drool: , then the power of attorney should go to the son in law, and then he could represent her when she sues him in court! :ROFL:

That good samaritan law ( or anything similar to it) should be implemented asap
on all states. It always happens. You help someone from imminent death and you get sued for it.. WTF?
