I was in Florida when this happened, all over the news, at first the reporters made it seem as if the Ray somehow jumped out of the water and attacked the women. It was not until later they cleared the story up, sad for both victims. It sucks to lose a great specimen such as the Eagle Ray however nothings amounts up to the loss of a loved one.

That's sad Liz... Even though these deaths by flying fish happen a few times a year... I always think that's gotta be one unlucky way to go.
