Okay after trying to bring my 375 gallon tank into my house with 6 friends, without any luck, i called a safe and vault mover and he basically said he couldn't get it in either:WHOA: . So i am left to cut the tank into three pieces to get it in. Is there anyone around Cincinnati who is good with silicone.

You left out a few details.
Tank dimensions
door clearance
stairs?
turns?

I had a problem getting a 360 through a door since the tanks narrowest dimension was 1" greater than the door width. The solution was to remove the door and door frame (gave me the additional space (2") needed to fit the tank easily through), pass the tank through the undoor, then reinstall the door frame and door. Beats the hell out of seam-splitting a large tank.

dude that sucks. i bet plenty of people have bought tanks and then realised getting them in the house may be a problem

try removing the living room window. that is alot easier to reinstall than a door and frame.

The tank is 7ft x 3ft x 2.5ft tall. I already tried taking off the door frame and it is not going to work.

take out a window or have a glass guy take out the glass it would proboably be cheaper plus not to mension much safer than splitting your tank and re-glueing it(who knows it might crack durring dissasembly or might bust apart when filled)

Any LARGE windows?

I would be REALLY sketchy about taking the tank apart.

Like the other people said, i would rather take my house seams apart than the tank. You can easily patch up a window border or door frame. Your house doesnt hold back 3,000 lbs of water.

If thats the only option. See if you can get the company you bought it from to have someone come out and resilicone it for you. Unless you are good at that stuff.

My tank is 10' x 4' x 2.5' and we had a b#tch of a time getting it through the front door. We removed the door (not frame) and turned the tank on its side and it just fit. Is your door width less than 30"?
