wood safe for tank?

So if I boil it I will be safe?

lol i had to use the biggest pot we had and flip it over halfway through :nilly:
but it is good so far, just lots of tannins :irked:

Not always practical but use a bath, most people have one, cover it in boiling water from the kettle, I know it will take a while but I always do this with wood that I know is safe, if it's not that big use a bucke.

Nothing nasty should still be living
