Wesley, I think genetics play a significant role. For example, both the yellow widebar and psychedelic orange Caltrans pictured are fed the same diet, mostly market prawns and some bloodworms, although they both grew up eating mostly krill.redtailfool;826561; said:I have a dat that was originally from KP. I thought it was because KP fed it exclusively on krill. Its been with me for a year now ( almost exclusively on shrimps ) and its still has that orange tint.
