just knowing a lot about fish isn't the only thing. i applied at a fish place awhile back when the guy was looking for a reputable fish guy. i had a tattoo sleeve and the place was a big family establishment, and never got a call back. the 2 new guys there a short time later i could win competitions against. these days looks and first impressions can do wonders.
