Small F stop to increase depth of field. If your fish is behind something you can either manual focus or focus lock (half press shutter on something the same distance away). Make sure the eye is sharply in focus or the picture is considered out of focus.

o ok cool thanks i used the flower for all those shots i didnt know it meant macro
