For the record I am only baiting the England fans, I think it's fun.
Most Brits take football so seriously, it's funny to me, I'm not really a football fan.
I am French and English, dual nationality, I like both countries, I'm pleased to be a member of both.
As far as football goes, objectively France are better. Zidane is nuts, he just ****ing schooled brazil.
I would also always cheer France on in pubs for fun, nobody ever started on me

You English people are so full of yourselves and think your the best, WELL YOUR NOT. Portugal absolutely dominated England. We had the better chances on goal. Ronaldo was incredible, and it was only fitting that he would score the winning penalty shot. Miguel shut down Joe Cole. Joe Cole had no influence on the game whatsoever. Beckham was horrendous. Rooney deserved to be booted. Lampard and Gerrard were a joke. Lucky that it went to penalties because Portugal deserved to win in 90 minutes.

There was no cheating. England had something like 17 fouls. Portugal had 8. Possession was fairly even. Just let it go. You'll have your chance again in 4 years. But today, we were the better team. I don't mean to rub anything in because I know how I would feel if i was in your shoes right now. But to say that England won isn't very perceptive and/or fair. The better team won today, and that's all there is to it

as an england fan i have a lot to say about this but i am not because i will piss a few people off.
but i will say that if this thread continues in its current vein i will close it.
i will say this though portugal were not the best team for 120 minutes they were the better team for the last 15 or so and thats where it mattered

Rooney didnt get sent off for stepping on the guys nuts, watch the reply the ref didnt even see that, he got sent off for the little push which is just plain retarded!!!
Robbed again, although if lampard wasnt such a donkey infront of goal we would have had the match won in the first half.
