I bought a high end gaming pc to get back into gaming namely WOW. I figured I am pretty geeky as far as video games are concerned and it would be right up my ally. I put in about fifteen hours in the first two days and I haven't played since. I really just couldn't get into it at all. I am actually shocked how many millions of people are addicted to it. The start zones are more to teach you how to play and get you into the lore of the land. And the fun parts of the game is playing with friends & meeting new ones. I'd imagine starting from scratch wouldn't be as much fun as it was back when the game was first released. Lots of people to group with and most people having no idea what was going on. Unfortunately Blizzard has dumbed the endgame so much that it just became pointless. Friends are going to be playing Age of Conan and hopefully it will be much more fun.
unknown, you really don't need a high end gaming PC to play WoW. I was doing 1280x1024 or 1600x1200 on my old overclocked AMD x2 3800+ and an ati 9800 pro back when the game was released. Wondering how Conan will run on my quad/4gb ram/8800gts 512

But yea, My older bro plays WOW. Looks too confusing to me, which is why I play Runescape lol. But I also just started playing Elder Scrolls IV on the xbox 360, which is sooo much fun as well.

THere is a reason 10million are registed subscribers to WOW. It is that good. Pvp is over-rated though, well arena pvp hehe. PVE is fine if you've not been it long. It is my second mmo, my first was SWG. After playing WOW i realized how much they had fubared SWG. Alot of people have said this who've left one game to go to WOW.
If you're interested i'm part of a casual, family friendly guild (H)on the US server Llane. aka no pressure to level or raid or pvp even. I like my guild so much i can't leave to just join a pure raiding guild to advance my toon lol (we've just started gruul's with another guild)
Come Horde side, we need the help lol ever since the group queue patch horde forces are starting incredibly low #'s in bg's usually starting 5+vs15, hardly ever full group vs full group.

Since the death of my 2 tems i decided to buy it!! OMFG!!! i'm sooooooooooooooooooooo hooked!!! dunno when i'll be on MFK again lol!! so yeh If you play WoW and ur on the server Blackrock! look for Draeloth! hehe
