i just did a google search. he was a hoarder and he gets to keep 10 of them. sell one and he's got his fine covered. just amazing that only 100 were known to exists...and he's got 85 unaccounted for. too bad most of them are imbred but still, why are they so close to extinction if a hoarder can breed them

oh, that's nice. he had 85 "rare dogs" and though he may lose those, he's only facing a fine of 1,100 dollars. i'd take that punishment for the dough he's made any day

Doesn't sound like he was selling them sound like he was a hoarder who just didn't vaccinate his dogs. He didn't make any money

yeah...my main point the laugher of a fine though

these dogs aren't all to rare, they are rare but they breed like normal dogs and just as fast, it's just that they don't make good pets as they are still wild
I saw a thing on nat geo about them and how they originate from a very deep area of new guinea so not many have ever been imported

someone post a pic of the dogs ... i cannot find one...

Everything I can find about them says they are almost extinct, and closley related to wild dogs, but not actually wild. They do look like wild dogs to me,but nicer looking. I think this guy is adorable.
