ei pipol im from the philippines and its not bad at all.
you can find that food anywhere here. around the corners of the streets and some would be walking along your street screaming

here you can buy charcoal grilled chicken intesting, barbeque, chicken head, chicken feet(adidas) and some pig liver, pig large intestine, and many more.

chinese century egg? kinda cool looking but theyre not that old, believe me. theyre just called that
my bf told me that its tasty, but I never tried it yet. Has far as chicken feet and neck go, tastes all the same to me. Never had a chickens head though. To me I think there could be worse things to eat like the bug pizza or cow eyeballs, people eat cow eyeballs, sounds gross but looks kinda tasty in its own way.
We eat cows eyeballs here too along with ants, locusts, day old chicks,frogs, etc... we even have jumping salad here where we get live shrimp and just put them in a vinaigrette the vinegar is what kills and cooks 'em...love balut with vinegar and rock salt, yum yum...

i could never eat that aborted duckling. it grosses me out every time i see it lol. i could eat the rest though.
