Worm in eye?

I've had very good results with that. Use it in combo with salt and should clear.

Haha I know it's hard sorry about that. But if you look closely to the bottom left area of his eye, you'll notice a white line which is outside of the normal circle of his eye. Hope that helps. I'll try parasite clear if all else fails.

can't tell from the pic if it is a anchor worm. I have removed many of anchor worms from around the eye sockets with tweezers. Where there is 1 you usually get more. I have treated w UV sterilizer and Clout with good results.

YEah, I can't tell anything by the pics either. Anchor worms and eye flukes are two completely different things. I wish I could see more clearly.
