This is a variety of worm that is present in larger numbers in cleaner water than in dirty.

Most people think of worms as being sign of poor water maintenance routines. Not this little round worm. This is one that indicated good water quality. Your water is probably just fine.

90% once a week is high. I've said it a few times (I think) but I do not believe that you are doing anything wrong with your cleaning regime. If Kdrun76 say's they are from good water quality, believe her. She knows what she is talking about. She gets that because she used to be a kzimmerman. And I was born in 1976. Weird world we live in, isn't it?
