Worms in tanks

I think we all are. lol Well I've had a Earth worm in a fresh water filled tank now for 2 days and it is alive... Interesting....

Sorry allow me to correct myself it is a Earthworm, not a night crawler. This is real, there was a HUGE worm in my tank I really don't know how the worm was living in the tank but it was, and the water temp was above 70-90 F I can't remember what time of year it was.

Earthworms breath through their skin so I have a feeling it didnt live exclusively under the water. Could it have moved into one of your filters and spent most of its time there? Very interesteng
Also what kind of fish do you have if your aquarium temperature is hitting 90?

I live in florida and that year our a/c broke so the water was getting pretty toasty since it was almost 100 F in the house. I was putting in ice to cool the tanks
