Worms??

I was doing a wc and some java fern broke off and when i checked it out these guys popped out. What are they and are the bad from my tank?

I would say they look like blood worms but i have never fed those to my fish before

they look like black worms...they can hitch hike in on live plants.

x2 ... my fish go ga ga for those things. they are detritus eaters from what I understand.. so imo good for your tank.
