South Central...
I just noticed on the glass of my one 100 gallon tank, a large cluster of tiny white flatworms. There are hundreds of these tiny white worms in a 3-4 square inch spot on the glass. They are there and no where else in the tank. What are they and should I be worried? I provided a really crappy photo of the spot they are all concentrated in.

if there long and skinny, there most likely just a type of nematodes
perfectly harmless scavengers, just up your water changes and cut back on your feeding to get rid of them.

Welcome to the club, man. I got the same thing goin on in my tank. They are 1/32" to 1/8" long, white in color and rather flat. only appear on 1 panel of glass in 1 certain spot.... dont seem to bother anything and my fish behaves normal. I clean them off the panel with the magfloat and within an hour they will be back in the same spot. Idk what they are or if I should be nervous.

I also have a few white worms that swim in the tank, about an eigth inch to a quarter inch. they are completely harmless and live off bacteria in the filter, and smaller fish love to eat them. Problem is, I dont have any small fish.

Try cutting back on feeding and give the gravel a good complete vacuuming-Anne

Thanks all! I kind of figured they weren't that big of a deal. I have seen them before in smaller numbers in the past. I will clean the gravel really good today and I will do my best to cut back on feeding.
