She had this lump in her belly that I was keeping an eye on...1365312
And today I noticed that it is down by her pooper.

Is she going to be able to pass it?? I only have sand, so I have no idea what it is. She only eats tilapia, blood worms, and hikari pellets. No other fish have any lumps. Can I help her in any way? Or is it just a waiting game? She has been hiding a lot recently too. Extra skittish.

Wait and can add Epsom salts, 1 tbsp per 5g. Hard to say if it’ll pass. But essentially a waiting game. Any snails in the tank?

There are some that spawned in the sump. One might have made it into the tank... I added some Epsom salts; I'll add more

My sen has had the same thing happen. Idk what it was but after a couple weeks it went away, although the bump on mine wasent quite that big.
I didnt do anything besides tested water more, kept water clean, and reduced feeding incase it caused impaction.

Good luck
