Sodium Chloride - salt, works great to lessen the lethal effects of nitrite poisoning.
You can use any sea salt as long as there is no iodine or anti-caking agents. Pure sea salt works great instead of paying the higher prices of "aquarium salt"

I get the salt pretty cheap thus why I use it. I've never used reg sea salt before but if its cheaper hey its the way to go. But if you pick up the api it gives you doses on the back.
