Just wanted to let you know that I started treatment of my rhom yesterday. Needed to starve him for a week as he has been acting and tearing up his food but not actually eating. He goes through stages like this. The treatment I am doing is:
- Got metroplex. This stuff does not really dissolve in water so I am trying to get it to mix as much as possible. I am then soaking small pieces of tilapia in it. I originally wanted to soak pellets but not sure they will absorb the metroplex
- Due to questionable absorbtion of the metroplex I am stuff the tilapia with NLS Hex. Just a couple pellets into the food. The hope is to get enough of this stuff into the guy to do something.
- Will be feeding this guy smaller pieces of food. He normally eats once or twice a week and I am afraid if he gets too large of a feeding he wont eat several days in a row
