Please don't take this the wrong way (I'm DEFINITELY not accusing you of anything) but, I don't understand why a cop will jail you for a broken cup? Was he called b/c you were yelling? Or did he see/hear you yelling, saw the broken cup, and assumed you were beating?

Without any noticeable contusions, everything is heresay. They cannot hook you up like that. You need to fight that one.
If you have any guns in the house, get them out, the cops can seize any weapons in your home. Take them to a friend for safekeeping.

Damn man. I just saw this thread. Just bad luck. Things will get better. For people that don't know, Washington is one of the states that enforces domestic violence to the fullest. Ever since the O.J. stuff, there has been zero tolerance here. All it needs is the smallest threat to a spouse or partner and they take you in. Keep your head up Miles!

I ran into a similar problem with the cops a few months ago. My girlfriend was trying to kick me and twisted her ankle and fell in the process. Of coarse all the people around thought I pushed her or something. The cops showed up and eventually she told them what happened after almost getting shot by the cop I was arguing with.

Miles was pissed the roof caved in on his fishroom killing his rays and didnt want to go to xmas dinner at his inlaws because they dislike him and think he isnt supporting their daughter and grandkid properly so he had a hissy and beat his wife and stormed out of the house and crashed the car into a snowbank as the cops showed up to arrest him.
I have heard this happen a million times.
