Worst Day Ever!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess the sand stabilized it. There isn´t much you could do now. I would not take the risk...
Glass is stable as long it has its structural stability. Such cracks disturb the stability and provoke other cracks. In worst case you just hear a loud boom and get your personal tsunami.

If you are confident in your ability to strip, replace the glass, aand reseal the whole tank I say replace the broken glass. Make sure you do a fill test out side to check for any places you may have not gotten fully sealed

i would go to whoever u but it froms house and saay somehing to him cuz i would be pissed

that sucks.. and yea i agree.. with ALL of my tanks i make it a point to know as much as i can about what shape or condition they are in at all times as bet as i can.. i find it so amazingly hard to believe the original seller DID NOT know what was goin on and if it were me, i would of asked for the refund or given him a newnfront window for his living room with the rest of the tank stand and so forth. i looooaaathhh shady people...

well if i was you i would weigh out the options and prices i WAS going to try and make my own tank but went to the glass shop and got an estimate and the glass would of costed me 600 bucks alone so i just bought one off of CL whenever buying anything used go the distance to ensure everything is perfect but yeah it might be cheaper to buy one peice of glass and reseal it but if you dont trust yourself dont it could cause alot of problems i hope everything works out for you man!
