I was with my uncle shopping at a Petsmart (I know but we had to) and he brought his 15 foot male tiger retic. The lady at the register said you can't bring reptiles in. She than proceeded to kick us out. Since when does a Petsmart not allow people to bring their pets? Whatever
I hate to say it but out Petsmart is FAR better than our LFS. The selection isn't as good but the people there actually like to talk about fish (and are fairly knowledeable too) and when I need help I'm not imposing on them. The other fish store owner has no buisiness being in this buisness.

Thats funny because the Petsmart by me is terrible lol. I once asked the lady how big corn snakes get and she said the biggest was 13 feet, I laughed and walked away.

I'm not saying they're great. Not by a long shot. It just happens to be the most enjoyable within 2 1/2 hours of here. I know more about fish than most of the associates there.

some guy at a lfs once tried to sell me a columbian catfish saying he would be great in a 10 gallon that was on sale:WTF:. he also told me he has a angel fish (freshwater i think) which he is slowly weathering (did he mean aclimating?) to sea water with aquarium salt and once i saw a chamelion floating in water clearly dead, the guy said he was swimming
needless to say i never went there again
