Worth feeding this to cichlids

Guys,
Ordered freeze dried shrimps but ended up with this from Amazon
Is it worth feeding this to my RTM and red terrors

The ingredients imo are good, and I see a Flowerhorn on the container I would offer it to my Cichlids.

It's decent food. I've tried it and it wasn't bad. It does help bring out red colors. Fish seemed to like it. I also tried the green version. I wasn't impressed by that version. GSR is a specialty food aimed at flowerhorn fanatics. Quite expensive and there are better pellets on the market for cheaper. I'm a NLS guy myself.

i use this food for my ZZ flowerhorn pair its fine but will leave your filter sponges with a red tint to them after a while of use.

I've been told this is the best red enhansment supplement, I had a red dragon f/h a ways back & it did help, gl

I seen the best improvement with hikari gold and brine shrimp. Makes my Midas and flowerhorns reds and orange more deeper. My vieja used to glow red when he would only eat brine shrimp lol
