Worth feeding this to cichlids

I've used it in the past and it works very well at bringing out the red in cichlids. Though just for general health and overall decent pellet, I'd like use something else. In fact I believe it's not meant to be a staple.

Ok, I ended up with this by mistake as quoted initially
