would a 18" ornate eat small senegals?

Im pretty sure my 13" ornate bullies my 12" lap and 12" endlis every now and they show up with bites out of thier tails. Ornate is the biggest in the tank. However it seems to get along with a 9" senegal that used to bully my smaller polys in another tank. Prolly a match in aggression levels considering I still see the sen bullying the big boys but its clear the ornate could swallow the sen if it came down to it.
 
My ornate is only 8" but very vicious, he has eaten everything smaller than 4" in the tank, but the pictus, but never stops trying.
I had a 12" ornate that never ate any other fish.
They are different characters, i wouldnt risk it tho.
