i can get rid of the fm's and the sev
if i want too keep 2 or 3 bichirs in the tank what else can i keep in there that would be pretty active and wont need an upgrade from the 60

1 sengal bicher

the sengal and endli will be about the same size

would the endli be fine in a 60 gallon tank forever or would i need to upgrade

Sounds like a 55. Always plan big with these fish. When you stunt a fishes growth, they deform. The deformed look of a fish is disgusting and very noticeable. If the fish is tiny and is in a 55/60 gallon, it will be fine for a small while. They all need to move up as they grow. Plan on a 125 or bigger for the fish. Its a long and narrow fish. Give it a long house so it can swim freely. Keep asking and listening to what suits the fish as far as tank mates.
