How big are your Bala's? They can grow to about 10-12 inches and are very skittish fish that are easily startled! It might get a bit crazy in that tank with 7 full grown Bala's and an Aro?

i dont think you should get an arow, a 120 is to small for long term unless you plan to upgrade soon

its not the # of tankmates that decide how much space a fish needs, its the physical dimensions of the glass box you're keeping it in that matter.
