There actually is a black background, that window that gets picked up is actually a reflection from across the room. Next time I need to make sure to do my shots at night.

There actually is a black background, that window that gets picked up is actually a reflection from across the room. Next time I need to make sure to do my shots at night.
Ahhhhh I see! Yeah, that reflection threw me off in the picture. Kill the lights in the room next time!

Room lights were off as well, the sun was just coming in that window at the perfect angle to screw up the shot. Next time I just need to take pics at night.
Nice. I like the big rocks and the choice of sand... I just love the look of sand in an aquarium.
For anyone interested, the sand is pool filter sand named Mystic White. It is a little whiter than I wanted, but it works.
