Nope, sure don't........................but my wife manages one
. So I know that place like the back of my hand. Pretty sad, really. This is why there are so many complaint threads about the chains, because on this side of the road, you have the staff that follows rules, and has a good store. While on the other side of the road, same company, you have a staff that just flies by the seat of their pants, and gets mixed reviews for the company as a whole. I have been in petstore management myself, so it does irritate me a bit. I just can't stand people that can't follow guidelines, especially when they're written by the people that also write their checks. But that's just my rant. If you have one that matches....DO IT!
