Update on the cycle. Can’t find straight up ammonia. Don’t know what I am supposed to do. I have sinking goldfish pellets for some reason. Should I drop some in? Put in a Anemone she’ll from off the coast that I found (all washed and baked in the sun for 24 hours. Also added a shell I found on the beach (same procedure with the anemone shell. Can’t find a Intake strainer. Most likely lost it (my room....). Considering and wondering if a German Blue Ram could work, so I got a Cichlid rock cave. Filter is working fine. Haven’t changed the water, or the filter cartridges. Air pump/biochemical Sponge is working great. Here are some pics

Check with Petsmart as I think they are the only ones that sell that brand filter.

I don't recommend getting a German Blue Ram for your tank as a beginner fish keeper.

I've never used fish food to help cycle a tank so I can't recommend it.
