should be good. mine is 28" high. it all depends on personal taste and if it will clear the equipment youre running. i have a big FX5, so i needed the extra few inches

wats the height on the fx5 cuz i am gonna be getting one butt in a week or 2 would the 25inch clear it or no?
dont remember the exact height, but i think believe it was about 21" or so including the hoses and fittings. i could be wrong. im at work so i cant check right now...
that looks like it would work. have you ever seen the stands that tanks come with from the manufractor? theres nothign to them but they work.
i just started building it bu starting to make the base but after i cut all the 2x4s to make the base then when i started to screw them together it turns out one of the 2x4s that i cut to be 72inches long is warped sob is there a way to straighten it out or no?
You do not need that many 4x4s first of all. I have four 4x4s, one at each corner and one 2x4 in the middle and it holds a 265 gallon tank. It has been like this for years and is all you really need. And as you can see in the pic I have shims under the legs and water(which really isn't good and hopefully won't be there much longer).
