Would this mix work?

Make sure you have a tight fittin lid...eels have a habit of exploring beyond the confines of the tank if you get what i mean. Might also have to make sure that the eel gets food...as the other fish are rather aggressive feeders.....and i second the notion on the 125gal...bigger tank...less problems...more chance of success. Plus also the option of more fish! YAY !
Bio-load and Square Inch of fish can be easily discarded if you do large frequent water changes.. Also over filtrate 
The combo of the fish will have to be trial and error, like WckedMidas said.. Some things work, some things don't. The fire eel will have to be pretty large, and have some hiding spots so he can't get eaten when the Texas gets big. The Texas cichlid can get pretty mean too, and the Oscar might get beat up.. I have put togethor some crazy combos of fish.. Check out the one on the right
Texas, 2 Firemouth, Pike, Salvini, Buttikoferi, Convict, and Pictus Cat.. Eventually most would of outgrown the tank, but they all lived in harmony in that setting for quite some time Good Luck!
