What's the dimentions of the tank? If its wider then 24" you're ok. In my experience floridas take a long time to break 24" if ever.

Yeah mate a 6 x 2 x 2 should be all good i house 2 RTGG's, 2 sivers, TSN, 2 massive plecos and some americans all good.

Yes that would be just fine for your gars & bichir. You could also keep several other bichirs if you wanted to; pretty much any bichir would work in a 180.
