Would too much light darken the Silver Arowana ?

Would too much light darken the silver arowana ?
If this kind of tanning work, it would be quite beautiful.....

i dont believe so i think that they get lighter with more light the silver comes out more and the pinks and oranges fade atleast in my experience

Actually it does change the color when strong lighting. As my 4 tubes light casing is just about 1.5" above the water level (very close to the light) and I can see the back of silver turn to brownish color...but nice.

This is my 10" Silver Arowana and the color is now getting dark becuase of lighting but look interesting.

i have seen a silver quite large and a decent age with a very dark tanned back.
it looked good in a kinda classic RTG look it was a member KOD's fish

For a pure silver looking silver arowana is very hard to come by, dark tanned back can be mistaken as black arowana.
