Hell no. I have posted plenty before about the quality of marineland heaters. Literally 4/5 of mine nearly killed fish or broke.. Complete garbage. All my heaters are Jager now... And working perfectly fine .

Bro, do you notice your jager with any hairline crack? I think I might pick up some jaeger and heater protector sleave.

I said No. Why? well ever since I joined this forum every "HEATER COOKED FISH" was from a stealth heater of some kind then I heard about the Exploding bit and I wont look at Stealths without thinking of well you know.....Ebo Jager, Hagen, Ehiem, Rena that is the only filter/Heaters that I trust or recommend just because Marineland Products(other than the HOT Mag) I've heard problems with

Nope. I am running 4 currently. Just moved house and setup without issues I inspected all the equipment closely during the move as well and (Crosses fingers) No heater problems from ebo jager.

The only tank I trust with the little 50W Stealth I have is my 10g QT tank that will soon be moved into a rubbermaid container. If your product has shown the tendency to not only just fail, but to take the entire tank with it, well I'm not using it.

My 55g is heated with a Jager and my 29g has an in-line Hydor.

Yeesh, I voted "none of the above".
I somehow lucked into Ebo Jager from the start. OK that's BS, I researched the best I could and it seemed like the best guess.
Here's what I think.
Don't put any heater big enough to cook your fish in your tank quickly ,period.
I know that's tougher to do than it looks like.
Multiple small heaters.

I checked "Absolutely Not" for new products.

I still have 2 old stealth heaters working like a Champ.
Any new products, I would not buy what so ever.

JM2cents :D

ditto - I have already had 5 fail and replaced them. No more for me.

been using marinelands products for years and now i am only buying more as i upgrade. buying another marineland stealth tomorrow to add to my fluval heater (not a fan of fluvals)

Nope. I actually just retired all my stealth heaters and replaced them with jager. They were working sufficiently for years, but i wanted to know the equipment isn't going to fail. Will definitely not buy their products...heaters exploding and killing fish/flooding rooms is absurd for a company like that. Unacceptable.
