yes. i had 2 fresh water rays in utah. from my understanding is they are ileagal hear. i even had my P.O. stop by once and all she said was "that's a cool fish". that was before they died on me :cry:

the moral of this is. the only way you are going to get cot is if some one that knows about fish turns you in or for some reason fish and game comes to your house for a suprise visit
