Would you like wolves near where you live and work?

I know this is a big debate between groups of farmers and NIMBYs (Not In My Back Yard). I am more interested in the fact that I work within 10 miles of an active pack of wolves. Who here would like to work near wolf packs? (there have also been sightings within miles of my home).

I was surprised that there is an active pack near me. I am all for a predator leaving me alone. I just don't want to be comeing into work early (before most people) and have a personal sighting.

I think a better question would be, how do the wolves react to living so close to people? I would think that in most cases wolves would prefer to avoid human contact.

I dont believe that wolves are responsible for many (if any) human attacks.

When I go out of the house, i look over my shoulder for dangerous humans. I think we have more to fear from our own kind. Nevermind wolves.

If I was a farmer with livestock, then no.

besides. Where i live we have things like Mountain lions to worry about. They really do attack humans. But its not like they come into your place of work.
