Just to say , I am not blaming the shop for the condition of the fish ,, st Albans is a good
Lfs and the quality of stock is very good , yes this is one that has been sold or given to them and I hope the owner decides not to do this to another fish ,

The price they ask tells people that they can make a fish suffer and still get a good price for it,

It should be priced less than half that, to show that if you don't look after a arowana ,you will lose money ,

No doubt that it was a customer trade in but I hope the lfs is atleast treating it while trying to sell it:(

Arrow's right, I'm sure it was a trade in. You should see some of the mutilated crap that gets dumped at our store. The LFS probably isn't responsilbe for it's condition.

That said, trying to get vast amounts of money for it isn't so cool.

poor aro... you'd think someone at the fish store would quarantine that fish and nurse it back to health before asking such a price. They'll have a very unhappy customer if someone pays that much for it and it dies. sheesh.
